Neo Claiming, Neo Practice Management and Neo Clinic Management are cloud based software products owned by COMPUTER FRAMEWORKS PTY LTD ACN 087798909, trading as Neo Software.

Consumer Guarantee

Computer Frameworks does not guarantee the Website will be always be accessible. In the event of inaccessibility to the website, Computer Frameworks will not be held liable for any loss of income, data or any other information. This includes any performance degradation and/or downtime beyond the control of Computer Frameworks. Any scheduled downtime or maintenance will be communicated to all customers as timely as possible by Computer Frameworks.

Return Policy

Computer Frameworks enforces a strict no refund policy including the refund of any partial periods. Customers are entitled to cancel their subscription at any time should they deem the service to be unfit for their needs. In the event of cancellation, Customer’s account will be automatically closed at the end of the current billing cycle.

Delivery Policy

The Customer will be granted a non-exclusive, non-transferrable licence to use the software upon the completion of the first-month's payment.
